Smell Training workshop on Saturday, March 3 in Hampshire, UK

Have you lost your sense of smell? Join us for a day of learning how smell training might help you! We will spend some time understanding where your sense of smell is now, how you can use the smell training techniques to amplify any natural recovery you may have had, and learn some sniffing techniques. We will explore the difference between smell, taste, and flavour. After that,  get stuck into all the different smells in the smell library. We will have a light vegetarian lunch as part of the day. If the weather is good we can have a brisk walk to the beautiful River Test to refresh our olfactory palate. You will be able to make your own smell training kit to take home using essential oils that you choose. Speaking with others who share smell loss is also an enriching part of the day. This workshop is suitable for post-viral anosmics as well as head injury anosmics who have experienced some recovery. If you are not sure whether this is for you, get in touch here for more advice. There is also a blog post about how important guided smell training is in helping people get to grips with their new reality. Reading further about that will tell you more about what to expect from this day workshop. Cost is £60.
